The prices displayed at our store does not include the Tax or delivery charge.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
The delivery charge for each order will be displayed at checkout according to the order items and the delivery destination.
Shinshin is committed to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
Orders are shipped from Israel. Estimated shipping time 7-20 business days and we do our best to meet those shipping estimates.
Delivery of orders made by deferent Courier. Shipping provider is determined by the shipping destination.
Shipping costs are held by the Buyer, who is informed about the total cost of delivery before the final approval of the order.
The Buyer, should check the delivery status when receiving. In case of damaged shipping, if possible, Buyer shall report this fact to the courier and prepare minutes of complaint and inform the Seller.
The cost of returned or exchanged of shipping to the store is covered by the Buyer, but in case of justifiable complaints, replacement of a defective or refund a faulty product, the Seller shall reimburse the shipping costs, after consultation the details of such a return. In other cases (if the complaint, exchange or refund faulty product will be illegitimate) The Seller shall not reimburse shipping costs.
Shinshin is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.

We don't accept cancellations, But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
